Steel Frames Global System Installation

The Steel Frames Global system of construction is a unique package of equipment, skills training and workflow management which leaves out nothing in ensuring you have the best system of steel frame construction available.

First, there are two Australian design and manufactured machines. Installation and initial training is provided by qualified Australian-trained instructors in a one week hands-on course of training, tailored to your equirements.

Following initial training, an Indonesian manager is provided for one month, to train your factory manager, consolidate your workers’ training and to institute your customised workflow requirements.

Factory Requirements

There are a very few bare essentials required in any factory to manufacture steel house frames using the Steel Frames Global system.

Simply put, adequate flat space is required to assemble the frames. To install the machine requires interior, weatherproof space.

A computer should be available for the planning and programming.

Three-phase power 415 kW is a must, as are an air compressor and air rivetting tools.
