SFG Crimper. Powered, foot operated, the SFG Crimper enables sections to fit together, for example stud to fit into tracking and top plates; noggins to fit into studs.

SFG Notcher – powered, foot operated, for allowing nogging to fix to the reverse side of studs.

Steel Frames Global Machinery

Four steel frame roll forming machines are used in the Steel Frames Global system.

The first is the SFG Rollforming Machine with dedicated controller and hydraulics for manufacturing Studs, Plates or Tracks ready for crimping, notching and punching.

SFG Puncher – powered, foot operated, used for placing holes to allow conduit to pass through for electrical cable or alternatively for plumbing.
