Machinery and ancillary equipment will arrive with one of our staff for installation and once the machine is tested and running, our representative will be available for computer training for your draftsman.

During this time, our Indonesian factory manager will arrive to train your factory workers and assist in establishing an efficient workflow for you, in order to get
the best out of your investment.

He will be available to work with you for up to one month at no cost to your organisation.

He will teach:

• Preparation and stacking
• Assembly and transportation
• Onsite assembly

You will also receive a maintenance call every two months from someone from our organisation for regular maintenance of the machinery you purchased from Steel Frames Global. This will continue for the duration of your 12 months warranty, ensuring your machinery runs at peak efficiency.

Our maintenance officer will also teach your staff how to clean and maintain your machinery in the future.

There are many of our machines in operation all around the world after 20 years, and millions of metres of steel fabrication.
